RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

At HIYSPRUNG, your satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange process is designed to be fast, easy, and worry-free—just like shopping with us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products are not eligible.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact Us: Email support@hiysprungshop.com or use our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get a Return Label: We’ll send a prepaid FedEx label with instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Place items in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest FedEx location.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • You’ll receive confirmation via email once your refund is processed.

EXCHANGES

  • Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong or damaged item, please email us immediately at support@hiysprungshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
